Review on BeneTrac by Todd Phillips

It's easy to use - no training needed! The interface is intuitively designed so that you can get right into it without much instruction or help from your IT department (which I love). Our team has been able to quickly implement this system in our organization with minimal effort required by us as employees/users of the software itself. We have not had any issues thus far using bene trac but we are very happy about how well they support their product through customer service reps who answer questions promptly every time there is an issue reported via email. No problems at all yet!! Great platform overall- really like everything except maybe needing more customization options when creating forms within bene Trac. Benefits administration process was greatly simplified thanks to benetrac allowing me to focus my attention elsewhere while still keeping track of benefits information across multiple departments.
