The most helpful thing about this software is that it tracks all of your employees' information in one place! It's also very easy to use; you don't need any special training or experience before using it (which I appreciate!). Sometimes there are glitches with data entry where certain fields will not update when adding an employee - but these can be fixed quickly by contacting customer service if needed. I love the ability to quickly see which employees are covered by the program and what the payout is for various benefit options. There is a little bit of a learning curve if you're coming from a point and pay background but that's not the software's fault.
