Review on BeneTrac by Eric Williamson

I love the ability to quickly see which employees are covered by the program and what the payout is for various benefit options. There is a little bit of a learning curve if you're coming from a point and pay background but that's not the software's fault. I'm able to see in one place all of the claims I need to process in addition to being able to run payroll, file W2s and do other general HR duties. There is nothing I like about BeneTrac. They have not been very helpful with any of my questions and they have not answered any of my emails. My employer is a member of BeneTrac and I needed a way to get benefits set up for our new hires. I called to get help and they hung up on me. I never got any help at all. I think I would have been more helpful to them if they had been more helpful to me.
