Review on ☕ Cold Brew Coffee Maker, 1 Gallon Glass Drink Dispenser, Iced Tea Maker, Carafe, Beverage Dispenser, Cold Brew System - BTaT by Tracy Knight

When we first used the coffee machine, we found that there was a problem with a leak around the nozzle. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this slow leak until the coffee maker sat in our fridge all night. This resulted in coffee throughout our fridge and a very disappointing morning. I contacted support who advised me to return 50% or buy a new faucet. I opted for a 50% refund to cover the cost of silicone discs I bought as an alternative. We tried silicone washers, and while they made a noticeable improvement in leakage, it still dripped very slowly, which still made a mess in the fridge over time. We have now ordered a silicone sealant in the hope that it will completely solve the problem but felt it necessary to write this review now as we have spent hours trying to figure it out. I would recommend buying another brand of cold brew coffee makers, I am very unhappy with the quality of the pouring hole cut into the glass.
