first let me say that i love the quality and looks of this coffee maker, it is very easy to use and clean but on the second day it stopped working. I check if anything is clogged. have put my wonderful tasting cold drink in another container to clean this glass but it still drips almost to zero

Ordered spontaneously, as there are no ratings yet. I decided that for such a price I would take a risk. So glad I did! Very nicely packaged, came in a nice box. Comes with easy to read instructions as well as some cute chalk stickers to stick on the outside of the jar. Nozzle seal not leaking. Couldn't be happier!

Update 9/19/21: Customer service sent me a replacement cap. The brewing system is now completely sealed. Overall great quality - thick glass, durable mesh sleeve and a strong metal spout that doesn't drip. I have a clean shelf in my fridge. I wanted these - the glass jug is thick, the filter is well made, but then I tried sealing it and found the cheap flimsy lid was bent in transit or packaging. This prevents me from sealing the jar. Purchased to stop buying those horrible cold beer mugs at Starbucks. This one had a metal nipple instead of the plastic nipple that some others on Revain had. Pros: Good packaging means no damage. Received this earlier today, unpacked straight away to wash and start a cold drink. It's pretty simple and easy to clean. The faucet doesn't look like cheap plastic and doesn't leak when I tested it. The filter feels like really light metal, but feels strong for what it's designed for. What a great cold brew machine. The filter is way better than the weak mesh type I've had in the past. The can is great. The valve works great and doesn't leak. The height of the nozzle on the glass allows the coffee grounds to settle to the bottom and stay there so they don't spill out of the nozzle. The shearing volume of this gallon jug is incredible. When we first used the coffee machine, we found that there was a problem with a leak around the nozzle. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this slow leak until the coffee maker sat in our fridge all night. This resulted in coffee throughout our fridge and a very disappointing morning. Granted, I've had it for a while, but the first batch of iced coffee I made was great. There were no problems with the nose, it suits me. I haven't cleaned it yet, so I'll update if this process turns out to be bad. UPDATE 08/29/2021. I've cleaned and reused it several times and it's still great.
