I like everything about this product, but specifically their customer service is what you want to watch out for! They are fast at responding with questions/concerns when they arise throughout your training process (even if it's months later). The software itself works great--it doesn't require frequent updates or maintenance which makes things easier in my situation since we don't have many employees who know how to use computers well enought o do those types of jobs themselves. We were looking into other products before deciding upon using lobby guard so there was nothing really wrong as far as our research showed us until after purchasing them ourselves. Make sure everyone knows exactly where all buttons go because some people just won’t click correctly sometimes without realizing why something isn’t working properly due to lack of proper instructions from staff. It has helped me greatly by allowing me to see who enters every day.
