Noise in filter holder and gets louder as fan speed increases

What it says in the title. I would recommend another brand. I've had the RAV4 since it was new, it's the first filter ever to do what this one does. The hum is so loud at higher fan speeds that it distracts from driving. Intending to replace with brands I have purchased in the past.
