I like that you can make your own templates, it's pretty easy to customize for what ever needs or wants we have as clients when working with them through this program! It has helped me out so much in my work life because of all its features which allow us to be able reach our customers easily via their computers at home using web browsers such as Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox etc., This makes things easier than having people come into office every day just to get information from an employee who knows nothing about customer service but only how they want everything done by hand without any help form IT department/ computer programmers!! Allowing myself ease up while still being productive doing something i enjoy most- Customer Service. Also helps keep track of time spent online since there are no clocks here anymore; also helping reduce stress levels due to not needing constant attention during business hours. Nothing really bad either other then maybe some minor bugs sometimes would happen if someone was messing around.
