UPDATE The company behind their product

The first one I received a few months ago had the left strap broke in less than 20 uses so I gave it a rating that reflected that. The seller contacted me and offered a free replacement. I really appreciate the company behind their product as it has many good reviews at an affordable price and that's why I chose them.
