I have a rusty one: Computers and Accessories
I bought it a few months ago and finally got around to installing it but found it rusty. The rust has come out from under the paint. I was going to sand and repaint it but decided on a different brand instead. This blank was in its original packaging in a room with no moisture or high humidity, so I know the rust is not due to the elements present here.
