Uses a Milton 1/4” NPT reservoir valve and Astro Al sealed air cartridge on a Dewalt DCC020I 20v air compressor (with yellow LA-CO) Lime Loop) and love it. The Dewalt screw connector is great and lasts longer. But because of the airbags in the back of my truck, when they unscrew the PSI drops a bit and I'm tired of it. I used this adapter to mount an AstroAl chuck on the Dewalt threads which I like. When the cartridge is off the valve stem and I turn on the compressor it quickly reaches the set PSI and stops. The fasteners are tight, there are no leaks when using gas tape and this adapter. After inflating the tires and airbags, I immediately turned them off. Ideal. The only downside is that I then press the chuck rod against the bolt on my fenders to bleed the air out of the Dewalt air compressor line (otherwise the line is still pressurized and stiff and this adapter has such good tolerances with no air leakage). But it keeps everything exactly at the level I set. All parts fit perfectly and hold up great. A buddy and I installed Firestone Ride Right airbags in his truck a few days ago and he loves my Dewalt air compressor (he already has a number of Dewalt 20v units and I reached out to Dewalt). So when he gets his I give him a second air canister and a second Milton 1/4” NPT reservoir valve.
