I have 2 of these. I am so impressed w.

I have 2 of these. I'm so impressed with how quiet they are and still blow a lot of air, I still have 2. I have a few more expensive fans that are replaced with these for noise reduction. Edit: 4 months these fans have been running 24/7 with no issues. I might add that I run them at about 3/4 speed and unhindered. If you reduce the speed, the fan motor revs up and the wind noise increases. The engines are fast but weak, so in the absence of obstacles they blow a lot of air, but choke easily. So

save your money Material Handling Product Information

Well I've gone from being an online metal fan to this plastic fan. It works, but the fan speed doesn't seem to work at all. Once at high speed, which is normal. some. The problem is, if I move my hand about 2-3 inches from the air intake in front of the air intake, the power drops to almost zero. The low speed doesn't really blow air, although the fan spins very slowly. It just arrived today and I won't even install it. I'm in the process of moving and with that in mind I'm not as happy withโ€ฆ

Are you building a paint booth? take a bigger one

Nice little fan. I bought this for a custom airbrush spray booth and it works, but there are a few issues: - Very low suction for the spray booth. It's my fault for buying the 4" but if I don't spray *directly* into the intake while I'm painting the parts it won't pick up the excess and it gets exponentially worse once I go above 20psi Airbrush.- The fan controller doesn't really work, turning it half way gives the lowest speed, no problem for me as I run at 100% all the time, but it has to beโ€ฆ
