I'm not against masks and will wear a real mask when going to supermarkets and the like but oh my god this is stupid that my college requires us to wear masks EVEN ON THE TREADMILL. I ran as hard as I could on the treadmill, sweat pouring down my face, the mask off and being told to put it back on. It was a turning point. I was surrounded by healthy fit 20 year olds on a college campus and I was choking for no good reason, mmm. Anyway, I haven't had a problem at the gym since I got this, so it works like a fake. See my photo. If you don't look closely you would never notice that it has holes in it. A few other notes * It won't fall off your face while running. Fits snug but not too tight * Airflow is somewhere between open air and what you would get from a headscarf/sheet mask on your face. You know those pennies you carry to sports competitions? This is the material for those who don't already know.
