I like that it has an API, so we can create our own integrations with other services to make them work better together! The UI is also really good - intuitive & easy-to use which makes me happy as well :) There are some things in their roadmap (eCommerce etc.) but they're working hard at building those features too :).

Give this one chance before you decide not try out its capabilities first!! We've been using Deemley since 2 years now both internally within my team + externally through customers who want us help manage reviews/ratings across different platforms suchas Airbnb or TaskRabbit where people post jobs / get tasks done online via websites of various kinds.
