This pizza case is easy to clean and durable. That's good, because even if you use the maximum amount of cornmeal and flour, you're more than likely going to shell a pre-baked pizza and toss it in the compost. I've made a lot of pizza in my life. I used to work for a reputable national pizza chain, even at HS. Somehow. This surface sticks to anything I put on it. It's impossible to put a pizza on a rock without a lot of frustration, and it won't fall apart. The last time I used it, I put in enough cornmeal and flour so it had a second layer of crust that was just dried cornmeal and flour (wicked), but somehow the pizza still couldn't even try to peel itself off the to loosen the shell. I would try something else but my budget and patience are exhausted. Just use a clean piece of cardboard with some cornmeal and flour (about 10% of what I tried last time). The pizza comes off a lot easier and you have less junk and mess. I wouldn't buy it again but would highly recommend it to my worst enemies.
