Broken keys on interior

I ordered two of these for a 2002 Ford Lincoln Towncar. Looked just like the original but without the Ford badging. The keys were cut by a locksmith who then attempted to program them. I sing an electronic device connected to the OBD port. Writes that the keys are programmed, but the car does not start. She tried a second different programmer = same result. She then tried the 3rd newest device they had = same result. Then she cut out one of her keys and programmed it. worked fine They checked the keys before takeoff and they were valid. They are non-refundable. They spent $120 cutting and programming these two keys. Don't waste your money buying one of these on a 2002 Lincoln Towncar! Buy from a locksmith. It would have been only $10 more.
