I've been using this dehydrator for a week now. That works great! I installed silicone coasters, dried veggies, some fruit, and cooked pork with turkey and pineapple. Everything turned out beautiful! The device is very easy to clean and the stainless steel looks very nice on the counter. The only thing that bothered me was the volume of the fan, not the problem! It's audible so you know it's working but not annoying in any way. I searched for a while before deciding on the brand and device, I couldn't be happier so far!
