I think I'm having the same problem with one of the steering wheels as everyone else. The top left button (S1) on one of the steering wheels doesn't work very well. I have to press really hard for this to work. I was recently able to solve this problem by folding a small piece of paper into the foam area on the bottom of the holster. This increased the pressure on the button area. Now it works like clockwork, but should still have worked flawlessly from the start. **Updated May 25, 2017** Thanks to customer service, I've upgraded my rating to five stars. Immediately after I submitted my previous review, Orzly customer service contacted me via email and apologized for the faulty device. In fact, they were so embarrassed that they offered to send me another set. I replied to the email and received my set today along with a written letter from the co-founder apologizing for the faulty steering wheel. The company was so apologetic that they sent a tempered glass cover as a token of good faith :). Due to the best customer service I have ever received from any company (besides Costco) I have updated my review because this company is great!
