This brand came highly recommended from the breeder. My dog doesn't get enough sleep (allergy), he likes it. I give it to him as a reward during training. This is the perfect little size for my 20 lb, 5 month old Micro Bulldog. I give him 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup at night. I mix dinner with a ball of chicken livers (washed and chopped) and 2 teaspoons of goat milk (probiotics/great for the stomach). He loves to! It's a pleasure for him. Received this large bag instead of the 6lb storage bag which ran out after 2 weeks. This made over 6 (one) gallon zippered dog food bags. So that should be enough for 2+ months. Highly recommended for all puppies or small dogs due to the composition and size of the food. Ideal for dogs with small teeth or even milk teeth. If you buy cheap, you get cheap and a doctor's bill. So spend that extra money on your dog's health so you don't have to pay it on the vet bill.
