Converting my Invisible Fence (IF) mark to an eXtreme mark for flexibility in custom programming options. I have used at least 5 IF collars on my dogs over the years due to error and trial and error levels of correction. With eXtreme you can customize the boundary area (activation distance from the boundary wire) and correction levels, and it's less expensive. It's been about a year and it's a keeper! Additionally, they back their product with fast and great service. The only negative I've experienced is a few intermittent collar trips in the area next to my buried gas/water line (I'm guessing as it correlates with location). Overall it worked really well and being able to program the collar/brim width for our pup (as he has increased in size and behavior) was invaluable!
