Absolutely no problem charging my iPad Pro 11. But don't shoot down a star. Once extended, it never frizzes as you would expect from braided cables. Update Also, a year later the cable still works great. I literally (actually) dropped my 11 Pro 2-3 feet right off the end with the cable plugged in at least 2-3 times and the cable still works.
