I like that it allows me easy access for all my agents across multiple time zones (worldwide).
At first there were some bugs but they have been resolved since we implemented their new version of chatbot in our CRM system from Salesforce which has helped tremendously! It also integrates well into other applications such as Zendesk so if you are already using those tools then this makes things even easier!! Great product overall though - would only suggest getting help when issues arise during implementation or any problems after launch because otherwise great people who work hard at solving your concerns will get them taken care off quickly. Automating repetitive tasks helps save money while providing valuable information back right away instead waiting days/weeks until emails come through etc..
