Intuitive and User Friendly Platform with Amazing Customer Service

I like that it allows me easy access for all my agents across multiple time zones (worldwide). At first there were some bugs but they have been resolved since we implemented their new version of chatbot in our CRM system from Salesforce which has helped tremendously! It also integrates well into other applications such as Zendesk so if you are already using those tools then this makes things even easier!! Great product overall though - would only suggest getting help when issues arise during…

Very intuitive and smart interface plus friendly customer support

The ability for our agents in India (and other countries) who are not fluent English speakers can use this chatbot tool without any language barrier issues or problems! This makes it very easy as we have trained them how they should interact using their own voice commands which helps us solve many challenges that come along when dealing customers from all over different cultures/countries - including those where english isn't spoken native like China etc.. It has been really helpful so far but

  • Easy set up & good support team.
  • Support is always timely with response times being quick no matter what query, big medium small..I think i've never seen an agent reach back after 24 hrs since signing up..a rare thing indeed :D!!! Really love getting prompt responses whenever needed even outside normal office hour business days :)The user interface
