First of all, there is nothing wrong with this product. Everything works fine for me. The cables run smoothly through the pulleys, I haven't had any issues with anything falling/missing, and overall it was a great experience, except for one point. The description states that the sticky pads "do not stick" to ceilings with a popcorn texture. At least not in my case. In fact, everything is exactly the opposite. I can't take them off to hurt myself and even when I tried they started peeling the paint off my blanket, damaging my blanket and rendering the adhesive pads unusable as their underside would be covered in paint. I placed one of my sticky pads in the wrong place and now it will stick there forever unless I repaint the ceiling of my (rental) house which means I can't move my VR headset unless because I want to play with it. Cables on the floor, use hooks which can do even more damage, or I'll use a different set of casters, but with my ceiling material that might not be an option. Again, there is nothing wrong with the product. It's a bit noisy, but it's cheap. You get what you pay for. But they do their job and they do it well. Maybe too good. I just think that the effect on certain materials should be stated in the description or something like that and I ask those who buy this product to be careful when buying this product. Product. If you have the right blankets or a minor cosmetic damage, don't hesitate. If you have a popcorn-style ceiling, let them know that it may work fine for you, but be aware that moving it may not work or may cause damage.
