Good, but may rust.: Hitch Steps
I returned this hitch receiver as it appeared to be rusty when I noticed brown spots on the underside of the hitch receiver and brown powdery residue on the bubble wrap material that it was sent . As the floor is steel and will be exposed to the weather I believe it will eventually rust more and have chosen not to replace it. If it weren't for that factor, a problem would have occurred to me.
