Review on Eyoyo Original Professional Underwater Recorder by Brandon Rogers

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I feel like this product gives me a good start to see what's going on with my fishing.

I am impressed with this Chinese product. I have purchased two systems and intend to use both with outriggers off my boat. Obviously, the company cannot anticipate all of the ways customers will use this product, and I don't mind if I have to develop a solution that suits my needs. I feel like this product gives me a good start to see what is happening to my fish presentations under my boat. Below is a list of features I like: 1. Carrying Case - Aluminum, with functional dividers, secure lock, secure video tablet release button2. Video tablet - intuitive, easy navigation through the functions (the attached instructions do not describe the operation, but this is not a problem, just connect the camera and the tablet to an already charged battery and experiment. You will easily find out how it goes works.)3. The camera is streamlined, fish-shaped, self-illuminated (on the system I bought, the infrared LEDs can be turned on or off with a simple plug-in connection), fifty feet of camera cable wrapped with Velcro to hold the contents coil. in place (fifty feet of cable is a lot, but once you figure out how much you need, wrap it in Velcro and place the coil in its designated spot in the carry case.) The camera has a variety of attachment points to accommodate your to facilitate use.4. System operation - plug everything in (I've customized mine to power my boat's 12v batteries), position the camera, view the camera on the video tablet, press the record button to turn on record video, press play button to view the recordings. When you get home, remove the included 4GB SD card from your tablet and plug it into your computer. Upload and edit camera files and/or share them with your friends. I like that everything works as it should. My guess is that the company included about a dozen plastic and stainless steel clips that might come in handy when using the camera. My only complaint is the lack of a USB port on the tablet to access the memory card from my computer. As compensation, I bought a Revain USB memory card reader for seven dollars. Update January 2018 One of my DVR monitors has stopped working. I contacted Baiklov and they sent me a new DVR. They were very attentive and helpful.
