This is a well designed bath pillow with deep head/neck support and light back support that is really what you need. for the way you sit in the bath. It's filled with some sort of dense, fibrous filler that feels a bit like plastic steel wool. But in a good way! It's elastic and comfortable. It has six large suction cups on the back, conveniently placed around the edges of the pillow. Unfortunately they only work on very smooth surfaces (they don't work on my slightly textured bathroom tile) and are best when you get them wet. The good news is that you don't really need all the suction cups to keep your pillow secure. 2 or 3 is enough, especially if the weight of your back is holding the pillow in place. The cushion surface is a woven fabric that's a sophisticated balance of being soft enough to feel good, yet quick-drying and durable. Everything is well sewn, neat edges on the edges. A plastic hook is sewn into the top so you can hang it up to dry. The hook is technically too small to fit on my towel rail, but luckily it's flexible and worked in the end. After use, I hung the pillow up to dry (I wring it out a little beforehand) and then threw it in the dryer. for about 10 minutes in bulky/comfort mode. It comes in a nice zipped storage bag with carry handles and a few extras: a scrub and a shower cap.
