I'm 6'4, 250 lbs. I received size XXL and it fits me perfectly. I have long arms and was afraid they would be too short for my height, but they aren't. heavy jacket and it comes with a good liner. I wouldn't ride without one for a number of reasons. First they thought of all the necessary places for stuffing. They also have small holes in several pads to allow airflow while riding. Second, there's a hard plastic pad from forearm to elbow, which looks really cool and doesn't feel cheesy. The same in the shoulder area. I'm sure the body will be well protected if something spills. First I removed the lining. The weather here is 85+. This jacket is warm when you stop or stop for a long time. In my opinion, I'm willing to trade it for any kind of potential road rash or physical harm.
