I found it to be a pretty good all round desk chair for the money. If you have lower back issues like me then this chair should be quite comfortable for you as the seat is firmer (not too soft). This allows you to sit on your ischium, which helps maintain lumbar lordosis (extension) rather than sacral lordosis (due to the seat being too soft), which increases lumbar flexion and greatly increases disc pressure and tension. The back of the chair has good lumbar support (curved to maintain lumbar extension and reduce disc pressure). The armrests are at an ergonomically good height and can be turned to the side if necessary. The quality of the upholstery is good, the colors correspond to the description (I bought 2 chairs brown and rusty). Some people complain that it was difficult to assemble. I found it very easy. The instructions were clear enough for me.
