Optimal replacement strap for many Seiko watches for business and leisure. Just make sure you understand that this is for replacing 20mm tape ONLY. I've used it with a diver (who I don't dive with) and it's lightened the overall look of the watch a bit, but also made it less sporty and less harsh. I would definitely say it goes best with a business suit watch. Looks particularly good with blue or white dial watches. The quality of the leather is good. It was a little stiff at first, but like most genuine leather straps, it broke over time. Seiko is prominently written on the inside of the strap, which is a nice touch.
