Hardware depends on packaging

The mounts themselves are great. I ordered 2 sets of 4 brackets, both 6 inches. The first set had a large drywall anchor and was easy to attach to the wall. However, the second set had much less hardware and refused to hold anything other than a screw inserted into the anchor. I don't know what's causing the change, but it renders one set of my brackets completely useless. UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me and assured me that this was purely a product packaging error. They quickly sent me a new package with shelves and hardware. With the right equipment, braces are awesome!
