Filter is fine but sucks to get it out. When you press the tabs to delete, nothing moves. I had to pry it off with a screwdriver. Understand that this is a 2020 Subaru Forester. I have replaced dozens of cabin filters over the years including my previous 2017 Forester. Never had a problem with any of them. Opening the glove box door was difficult, but doable. It was a pity to return the door. I spent two hours accumulating lots of bruises on my hands and arms. Getting the door on hinges was a challenge. When I pushed the door to secure the top pins, they didn't match. I spent over an hour and a half trying many things. I ended up turning to the dealer for help.
