The fix is ALMOST perfect for the PS4 controller.

For the price you really can't go wrong with what you get. I've only used L2 and R2 replacements for my PS4 controller and they work perfectly. There is a little difference in size when it is first installed, but after the controller assembly is complete, it works great!
