It was out of my budget. I'm a retired photographer and have sold almost all of my photography gear. This works best for smooth camcorder motion. At 400 it was enough for my needs. I wanted to wheel my telescope in and out of the garage. It doesn't have to be smooth - it just has to go along the seams of the driveway and roll across the grass. Telescope (my toddler is about 80 pounds). NOT INTERESTING to carry around. My large tripod (Celestron AVX mount) fits perfectly in the shells. The ROLLS are fantastically smooth (but I don't care). I wonder what was the BLACK THINGS on the wheels? I thought locks? NO - as soon as I wheeled it into the garage, I immediately got it. They remove sand - pebbles, debris from the path of the wheel! Something like sweeping the area, it will turn around. Anyway, it was out of my budget. but in the corner I saw "used from 205.00". Often Amazon has a demo or someone sent it back after the trial. at 200.00 I had to grab a bite. HAPPY THAT I DID. He came a few hours ago and it's amazing. I've had a Manrotto on my studio tripod for the last 30 years of my (portrait studio) and loved it, but I've sold the gear in huge packs. I needed the best outdoor wagon and THIS IS IT. He didn't have a package. Looks VERY used. (as used in the dealership) What do I care, it's not a show car, it's a tool. The cuts rotate. My large metal tripod tilts well. ONE problem - not mentioned. A SMALL CAP NUT was missing from the screw on one of the three cups). HEY, it's okay, I can get one at the hardware store for 0.10. I can do this to save 200.00!
