How upset I was when they noticed an insert popping out of my brand new $20 line. I figured, well, this shouldn't have happened, but it got postponed. I ended up repairing it with a very expensive two part epoxy and I'm sure after this repair you will be able to bend this ruler in half without the insert falling out HOW IT SHOULD BE! Postpone to today (4/27/21), the ruler's 18-inch steel cutting insert also popped out during use. Made a cut, undone and removed from my workspace. Just as the ruler touched my table, it jumped out too. The attached photo shows a faulty 18" ruler. I was really hoping that these lines would be of a higher quality for the price. I think today I'll be fixing another brand new line :(Buyers beware, you'll need them sooner or later repair yourself.
