Good antenna for accessories and consumables
This is a darn good little center loaded antenna. I swapped out a Hustler antenna that didn't work with it and it matched the SWR to 1.5 for both channels 1 and 40. I was on the phone straight away. I installed it on the trunk lid of my 2011 Dodge Charger and the magnetic mount is strong enough to hold it at 90mph on the freeway. That looks good too. I've spoken to people 20 miles away but that's mostly geographic and I'm on the top of a ridge overlooking the lower valleys in the Puyallup Wah area so performance will definitely be different for each user . However, this is more suitable for my Midland radio.
