REPLACE plug/screw!

I love these BUT my dog lost the 1st within 1 HOUR (thankfully I managed to find him) and the 2nd within 2 days. The CHICAGO screw DOES NOT STAY TIGHTENED! I removed the skin and screw and hung the bell on the detachable key ring. The bell hangs at an angle and doesn't ring as loud, but serves my purpose of alerting wild animals to their deadly presence. A bit risky as he doesn't "drop out" but can't afford to call every month.
