Review on Safco Products 2272BL Fidget Active by Steven Jackson

I fell in love with this chair at a conference a year ago and finally decided to treat myself. I turned sideways and opened the base Now every time I sit down or move around on it a bit (note it's called a gray-haired chair, so I move around a lot) I have to reassemble the base (and it doesn't work. They also go completely together ).I don't know what to do, I would like a replacement but I can't contact the seller directly.Maybe I just need to return it,which breaks my heart because frankly it's so convenient!
