Disappointed with only 8 conductors

Disappointed. I ordered this cable to access my vehicles OBD-II lines, but found that only 8 of the 16 pins had conductors in the cable. This made the cable unusable for my application. I will say that the material is comfortable. But I expected that there would be corresponding wires for all 16 pins.
