Update July 2021 One of my grinders broke so I emailed Flafster Kitchen with a picture and screenshot of my original order and they immediately said a replacement would be needed be on the way . Wow! What great customer service, they also asked me to let them know when I will receive it and if it is working properly. There was an almost immediate response again over the weekend. I really like this product and now I really like this company. When they say they have the best customer service, they are not kidding. I thought I was out of warranty a long time ago, the return window closed in January, but they have a one year warranty which is amazing now. I would definitely recommend any Flafster Kitchen product, they stand behind their products. Bought these to replace a set of snaps that stopped working a few weeks after purchase. My brother also has a set and we both love them. Just tilt it to the side and it will automatically start grinding salt or pepper. The backlight is a great feature so you can see how much spice is being added to your food. Everyone who comes to dinner gets high from the vegetative system. The coarseness is adjusted simply by turning the center knob. Also makes a great gift for someone like me who can't spin the coffee grinders that you already find with salt and pepper.
