This is great if you have a basic stationery set and don't have to pack it often. Unfortunately, when you fold it to close the laptop, the screen faces up and is prone to scratches and damage as it is stored open on the back with no screen protection. You must detach and pack the screen and then reattach it when ready to use to keep the screen secure. It's not like you want to hop to a few meetings or travel and hop fast. The opened screen will absolutely get damaged, scratched or broken if you leave it on the laptop. If used with a shield that has more memory protection it would be very beneficial. My only gripe is the lack of a screen protector as I like to keep it plugged in for easy access, which is just not possible with this setup.
