Reliable product with excellent customer support
I regularly test, calibrate and certify these devices. I have several customers who send them in for annual calibration and I have yet to see one that is out of spec. I see them in every condition, from abuse to pristine condition. My experience relates to durability and reliability. However, they are precision instruments and should be treated accordingly. Customer service was outstanding. They react quickly and efficiently. Adele was my contact person and it was just more professional and pleasant to work with her. solid product.
