POP - VERY DISAPPOINTED

Got this fan 2 weeks ago. Fully charged upon receipt. Runs a few hours on battery, works great. Used yesterday, back on battery - "Big Air" for my dog (he is 15 and loves air on his face) for a few hours. Went well. A while ago, a lot of airtime was in demand. With about 5 hours of mains connection and POP noise, there is no more big air. The fan exploded. I'm not happy that I ever think I haven't gotten my money's worth. My dog is going to be like WTF -OVER -WANT BIG AIR - NOW!
