Error loading media. Very cute cup. Bought for a bedridden mother. She really loves it! My mom no longer has good coordination and is shaking a lot. She has a habit of spilling things so I figured this mug would help. This prevents liquid from spilling out and reduces contamination. However, she spilled it on part of her mouth due to the design of the lid. So now she's using a straw instead of sipping. You need to completely rethink the lid design. Another downside to the lid is that it is child and adult safe. I always have to fight with myself to get that thing out of the cup. The video doesn't really show the difficulties I had. Snaps very, very tight! The lid would have been a lot cheaper if it was a crewed lid. I hope the manufacturer reads the comments. This must be taken seriously.
