Phenomenal Implementation & Customer Service

The customer service is exceptional - they're always willing to go above and beyond for their customers! I honestly cannot think of anything that could be improved about this tool or it's implementation in my hotel. They work very closely with you during the entire process so there isn't any stress involved when dealing with them. Their team has been extremely responsive and available throughout our relationship. I would highly recommend using Routieresistance! We have not had any issues since we started working together- everything was seamless from start to finish. Our guests love being able to check into an app rather than having to wait in line at the front desk. This allows us to keep all areas clean which is helpful as we do host many large events here.
