The best thing about this service, it's free! I like how easy they make things for us to use their site as well when we need help or have questions regarding our releases (which are always helpful!). It can be difficult at times figuring out what goes where in terms of formatting issues but once figured everything works great!! Definitely recommend using them if looking into getting more exposure from PR websites & social media sites such as Twitter/Facebook etc., which has helped me grow my business tremendously since starting up last year.
