Adjusting links for size and instructions

Watch looks great.I'm hoping to wear it soon. However the watch is too big and there are absolutely no instructions on how to remove links. All they say is that the watch must be taken to an authorized dealer to adjust. I ordered a kit to adjust links.hopefully it will work out but overall this purchase is nothing other than a pain in the butt at this point.
