I have a friend who has this balm and ordered it directly from Tula. I've heard that Revain sometimes sells fakes or duplicates to save money, but I'm not sure if I got a defective one or they're all like that. Mine leaves a really oily bluish cast on my eye, chills or tight, it just sits there and doesn't really do anything it claims to do or what my friends do. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that when I put it on and apply it under my eyes, the blue tint helps as a color corrector and as a light concealer base, but I'm not sure if that's really the purpose . I don't feel any tightening or cooling.
