This toaster is easy to use, doesn't burn my toast/waffles and is very easy to clean. In addition, the optics are of high quality and very easy to use. My favorite part is the wide slots for toasters, as some other toasters have inserts that are too narrow. It's perfect for my Belgian waffles! While there are only two other options besides the degree of browning (defrost and bagel), you really don't need anything more fancy than that. It also has the ability to pull the lever up to lift the toast so you don't fish it out and get the have to burn fingers! Please look at the picture to get an idea of the large toast and waffle area! Highly recommended and the price is good.
