Review on 🚪 eufy Security Wireless Video Doorbell Add-on, 2K Resolution, 2-Way Audio, Easy Self-Installation, Requires HomeBase 1, 2, or E by Charles Alfian

Where to start. I think by saying that I regret the purchase. I charged it to 100% and plugged it into my existing doorbell. It was 8pm in the morning, apparently the battery was dead, and it was. I contacted support via live chat and was told I would get a replacement first and then send my existing one. Boy was that a lie. Now they tell me I need to send my doorbell first, wait 5-10 days, and then they send it back to me. That's 10 days of downtime for a door security camera that doesn't even do what I bought it to do. I haven't had much luck with Eufy so far, it's clear these guys are in beta form and I regret jumping into their ecosystem. Don't go into it. Their forums are useless, no support at all. Customer service doesn't even know what they're talking about. Products break or don't work. It's just that you generally know this isn't a polished company or product. .I simply cannot recommend them. Update: 8/10. I have upgraded my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I got a new doorbell and it's working fine again. Maybe I work with veterans or am better educated? Not sure but happy with their service now.
